Studying the methods to perform EMC and antenna measurements in realistic temperature conditions, i.e. in thermal vacuum (TV) chamber, and evaluating their implementation in real facilities: - Mode stirring radiated susceptibility (RS) tests (using the thermal-vacuum chamber as a reverberation chamber), to allow testing the radiated immunity of payload instruments cold detection chains at frequencies higher than 1 GHz; -Antenna Measurement (AM) techniques/systems for characterizing antennas at S/C level in a TV chamber (efficiency and antenna pattern), accounting for heat distribution and thermo-elastic effects. Procurement Policy: C(2) = A relevantparticipation (in terms of quality and quantity) of non-primes (incl. SMEs) is required.
