The objective of this activity is to develop and demonstrate in the field a receiver terminal implementing the newly defined DVB Carrier-ID standard (DVB-CID) for the detection and demodulation of multiple transmitting carriers. The proposed activity will demonstrate in a realistic satellite environment the effectiveness of the DVB-CID technologies for the detection of unintentional jammers.This activity will be instrumental for generating new market opportunities for European modem manufacturers.
