This activity will analyse the utilisation of the data from the SWARM mission for enhanced SWE capabilities. The main focus of the analysis is on how much near-real-time (NRT) SWARM data would enhance the SWE services for Ionospheric Weather, Geomagnetic Conditions and Space Radiation. SWARM provides observations of the Earth’s magnetic field, the electric field around the Earth and the density of the upper atmosphere. Currently the data is available off-line for scientific research, but NRT data could potentially enhancea number of SWE capabilities for the SSA users.
