Space Quest aims at realising the ISS segment of an ensemble aiming to perform a quantum mechanics experiment. This ISS segment includes a photon collection system mounted on a tracking system to point to a ground station, the related control and SW system and detectors and time synchronisation system. The environment for the ISS segment is the WORF rack of the ISS (including the possible usage of other equipment already on-board).Main goals of the phase A/B are to define the specifications and subsystems and to develop a preliminary design including necessary optical and control hardware as well as a preliminary design of the controlling SW.In the frame of this procurement, prior to issuing the ITT, the Agency intends to issue an ESR Consultation on the list of open ITTs.The purpose of this consultation is to collect comments and questions from industry concerning the ESR (Experiment Scientific Requirements) Documents applicable to this activity. These comments and questions can be answered during the period that the ESR Consultation is open and/or at a Briefing meeting to be organised at the end of the consultation period. After the closure of the consultation, the Agency may decide to update the ESR(s). In any case, the final requirements applicable will be those published at the time of issuing the ITT.
