In the frame of the SEOM program, ESA aims at fostering new developments in the exploitation of Sentinel 3 data products over Land.The present call includes the following study:Surface-Atmosphere retrieval: The objective of this project isto develop and demonstrate the ability to retrieve a radiatively consistent set of geophysical products from combined Sentinel-3 SLSTR and OLCI visibleand infrared data for use by earth-system modellers in NWP and climateresearch.
