This Activity has the objectives to provide consultancy, assistance and possible training opportunities in the areas listed below to Polish Space Sector entities participating in the ESA Programmes.Quality management support (e.g. quality assurance, product assurance, QMS, audits)Program management support (e.g. project, risk, schedule, supplier management)Quality management and assurance is key to consistently producing space missions that are to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Its importance increases as thecomplexity, cost and risk of space projects increase. To support the further development of space industry capabilities in Poland, the ESA-Poland Task Force (TF) recommended the Polish Industry Incentive Scheme (PLIIS) to include a framework for Professional Product Assurance (PA), Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management and Control (PM) support. The need to focus on Quality and ProjectManagement improvement was identified by the ESA Technical Officers working with Polish firms and Polish firms themselves.
