The European Space Agency (ESA – European Space Agency) launch an open tender for the selection of an expert to develop the conceptof a new building and provide assistance to ESA in the award of a design-and-build contract a new building in Redu, called the T03.Furthermore the expert shall supervise the construction and provide support for the final acceptance of the work. The objective of the project is to replace the technical building T01 at ESA Redu. The new building will host computer rooms, control stations, public spaces and offices. Part of the building will be an area, which needs to be accredited to host and handle classified data and equipment up to the level of ESA Secret. The construction and later operations of the building shall meet the requirements to obtain a BREEAM environmental certification (the level of certification will be evaluated in accordance with the ESA constraints). The projectmust comply with safety imposed by the ESA on its centre. The Project should consider harmonization with existing buildings and adjacent.
