The objective of the activity is to provide a platform to prioritise the technologies that should be developed in order to support European industry to comply with Space Debris Mitigation (SDM) requirements. This platform will consist of an estimate of the marketsize of different SDM concepts (i.e. passivation, casualty risk, EOL manoeuvres, maximum size particles) and satellite categories (e.g. small satellite <500kg, medium satellites 500 – 1500 kg, large satellites > 1500kg) between 2020 and 2025.
