This activity is being procured and managed by The Agency as a part of a Contribution Agreement between ESA and the European Commission on Space Technology Activities under the Commissions Horizon 2020 Programme. It entails the aggregation of 13 IOD/IOV Experiments on Spacecraft(s) and will encompass all the necessary tasks to prepare, provide and operate the Spacecraft(s), together with therelated ground segment, which will accommodate and operate the selected IOD/IOV Experiments and the provision of the IOD/IOV data toeach IOD/IOV Experiment Provider. Procurement of launch services are excluded. The ITT is open to economic operators whose registered seat is located in any of the European Union member states or in any of the associated states participating to the Horizon2020 Programme.
