In several previous activities, forward and reverse processing kernels were developed. Their time-critical nature meant little effort could be spent making the developments open access. The following scenarios are envisaged:1) Monostatic: Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-1 NG – interfacing to S1-Toolbox (SNAP) environment and Region-Of-Interest (ROI) stack-processing shall be demonstrated, including application of internal calibration.2) Multistatic configurations: Sentinel-1 (i.e. STEREOID) + L-band – with the intention to apply the developed framework to the Earth Explorer 10 Candidate Mission STEREOID3) GEO SAR platforms (C-band, i.e. G-CLASS) – handlingspecific research questions for the Earth Explorer 10 Candidate Mission G-CLASS where different synthetic aperture lengths are foreseen from a geosynchronous orbit geometryThis activity will make available a mission-agnostic SAR processing environment that can beapplied consistently to several mission concepts.This activity encompasses the following tasks:- review of state-of-the-art- selection and implementation of the processing kernels- validation for Sentinel-1 scenario- implementation of other mission scenariosThe output should be software following one of the ESA Community Licenses.Procurement Policy: C(3) = Activity restricted to SMEs RD Entities.
