This ITT will define, design and implement a Monitoring Evaluation (ME) system for assessing the impact of both the ESA Global Development Assistance (GDA) programme, and the activities of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank carried out in support of GDAunder the joint initiative of Space for International Development Assistance – SpaceforIDA’. The ME system shall be applicable for the ME requirements of Official Development Assistance (ODA) activities. The Contractor shall carry out an initial State of Play’ assessment of the use of EO in development assistance operations, and use the ME system to conduct a Mid-term evaluation of GDA programme and the SpaceforIDA initiative in mid-2023. The contract will be for a initial period of 3 years, with the option to extendfor a further 2 years to cover the Final evaluation of GDA, subject to agreement and authorization by ESA.
