The SoW covers studies and support activities, as described below, required to protect the interest of ESA in the frequency management area at European and global scale. This triennial activity shall be mainly dedicated to the preparation of WRC-19, that will take place in November 2019 and to the associated follow-on activities. The complete WRC-19 preparatory process within Europe (CEPT),ITU-R and SFCG shall be supported for the identified areas (see Work Description) in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome for the Agency at WRC-19. The process comprises all necessary preparatory activities in support of ESA for relevant meetings, review of input contributions from other entities, attendance to the meetings, presentation of contributions at these meetings on behalf of ESA and information exchanges with ESA during and after the meetings by means of e- mails and summary reports. Other frequency management issues not related to WRC-19 but of interest to ESA shall also be covered (see Work Description). They may relate to specific topics in ITU WP7B and WP7C, CEPT Working Group on Frequency Management (WGFM) or SFCG, or to specific satellites coordination as the need arises.The contract shall run until end of April 2020
