The underlying activity is to provide a product to replace the current ESOC Operational Voice Communication System that could potentially be deployed in the ESA Ground Stations.The operational environment is based on all control rooms and control centers that are used during routine and critical activities, notably during launches.The new system shall make use of the potential synergies resulting from convergent technologies like the reuse of the IP based network infrastructure within ESA.This multi-conferences system shall be as close as possible from products of the shelves available on the market, without specific development for ESA, and offering high level of configurability.
