The main purpose of this activity is to arrange a Performance Based Maintenance contract for the General infrastructure of ESA ESTEC site, which includes the following major components: General civil infrastructure, including – Buildings and other building structures, – roads and pavements, roads signage; General Electrical infrastructure, including – High Voltage (10kV) distribution infrastructure (4x 10kV distribution rings, 26 10kV/400V transformer substations); – Low voltage (400V/230V) distribution grid until the connection point with the users equipment in the offices, laboratories and Test Centre; – Building Automation systems; – Safety and Security systems. General Mechanical infrastructure, including – Emergency diesel generators; – production plant to produce Chilled water, Process Cooling water, Hot water, compressed air and other utilities; – Gas distribution grid; – Domestic water distribution grid; – Distribution grid to deliver these produced utilities to the end-users. – Lifts and hoisting equipment.
