The Contractor shall develop a suitable tool for analysis of Euclid Reference Survey Plans with the objective to validate the fulfillment of all the requirements and constraints applicable to the survey and to provide other related statistical information. The Contractor shall then perform analysis of submitted Reference Survey Implementation and provide to ESA the reports with the findings.
