The procurement proposal concerns the provision of soft services at ESRIN for the period 1 August 2018 31 July 2023. The contractshall include the following work-packages:-Cleaning of offices, common areas, toilets, meeting rooms, including provision of consumables (soap, towels)-Waste Management: office waste separation and provision and management of compacting devices-Maintenance of external areas and gardening including minor infrastructure and landscaping works-Goods inwards and store, including packaging and logistic support-Internal transports, office relocations, mail distribution -Reception and switchboard service-Facility Management Helpdesk-Central reproduction services and provision of office consumable-General Administrative support, including site coordination and accommodation service, management of communication screens, CIFM data entry.
