The procurement proposal concerns the provision of hard FM services at ESRIN for the period 1 November 2018 31 October 2023. The contract shall include the following work-packages:-Maintenance and building operations management;-Scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective and evolutional maintenance, troubleshooting;-Building operations and infrastructure supervising systems (BMS/DCIM)management, monitoring of utilities usage;-Cad support, management of buildings related documentation, update of infrastructure documents according to applicable law and standards;-Audio/Video support for conference and meeting rooms;-Data cabling of buildingsand data centres;-Execution of corrective and evolutional maintenance project and small works.
