The Network Operations Centre provides the 24h/7d remote operations services of the ESTRACK ground station network, the Wide-Area and Local Area Network operations and the first line Mission Operations Infrastructure IT operations and maintenance.It includes as well the first line Operations Control Centre (OCC) maintenance and operations services at ESOC.Finally it features also provision of relevant elements of the 2nd line daytime ground operations engineering, the station engineering and supporting services, and the long-term planning and scheduling of tracking services and tracking resources.
