The subject of this procurement is the setting up of a Contract covering services in support of information security management, operations, and engineering.The objective is to ensure the effective management and operation of information security management systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 within the ESA IT Department and on behalf of ESA Directorates. The expected benefits are as follows: – Better understanding of staff and contractors about information security;- Improved maturity of information security management and increased awareness about information security risks and threats;- Improved coordination of information security activities and exchange of risk and threat information across ESA;- Harmonised working practices and methods for information security across all recipients of the services; and- Improved efficiency of related processes and operations through standardisation of security processes under the ISO 27000 series of standards.
