ESAs Business Incubation Programme aims at supporting promising space related start-ups in order to help these become successful companies. Leading business incubators, well established in their respective countries or regions, are contracted as ESA BICs. Together with ESA, the ESA BICs select promising start-ups with a space related business idea to take part in the Business Incubation Programme. Their host incubator will provide support to the start-up such that it can develop the business and the technology until thecompany is ready to leave the incubation phase and continue operating and growing without support from the incubator.
