In the framework of exploitation of Remote Sensing Data ESA is analysing new models of sustainable infrastructure provisioning for massive data analysis based on legacy archives in conjunction with EO satellite producing high volumes of data. Such a sustainable infrastructure aims at being able to cost-efficiently support the long-term operations of exploitation platforms. The present procurement shall develop the necessary middleware and accounting layer that allows sharing of commercial cloud provider infrastructure.The result shall be deployed on top of a commercial cloud provider implementing a business model that enhances the long-term sustainability of exploitation platforms. The result shall be demonstrated by integrating and hosting selected exploitation platforms or other application projects in a pre-operational phase of a duration not inferior to one year. The activity is executed within the framework of EOEP-4 special geo-return measures and therefore the following constraints will apply: • The prime contractor must have its legal office in Poland • At least 90% of the activity shall be executed by Polish industry
