Develop and demonstrate by test a manufacturing method for OOM of long structural parts suitable for solar array structures or booms. This is to be done by realizing the deliverables outlined in section 3. The deliverables in the various stages include, but are not limited to: Technical Notes (TNs), test plans, test reports, and breadboard(s). The deliverables are outlined in detail in section 3.
