The FM Hard and Soft Services Contract is a performance based contract covering the operational (“hard”) and the general (“soft”) services for the Site at REDU, Belgium. The Contract provides for a broad range of Facility Management activities including but not limited to: engineering support, maintenance of buildings and other infrastructure, frequency license management, catering, waste management and other such services. The Hard Services ensure good operation of all Structures, Building Systems and Safety and Security Systems by way of completing timely preventative and corrective maintenance and operations in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule together with additional necessary amendments to the Maintenance Schedule. The Soft Services cover all general services such as catering, cleaning, waste management, logistics etc. The Contract service level will follow the general ESA approach and respond to the actual needs of ESA and the third party activities on Site. Other Site services not contained within this Contract will be completed by other cross-Agency Agreements, specifically for security services and the maintenance of backup power supply installations.
