The activity will contribute to the development of the Detector and Collimator Frame as well as to the Radiator of the Large Area Detector (LAD) of the Chinese X-ray mission eXTP that will be widely contributed by European countries. The first phase of the activity will be preliminary design and identification of materials parts and processes to be used for the development. After confirmationthat those have no export restrictions for usage on the targeted mission (eXTP) and subject to mission confirmation the next phasesof the project would be implemented. The activity will cover the design, structural and thermal analysis of the given sub-units andGSEs as well as the manufacturing of demonstration and qualification models and appropriate testing. Furthermore, it will include proper export control verifications. Therefore, a preliminary design – subject of the first phase of the activity – is required in order to identify appropriate materials, parts and processes. The results of this activity will be received by the Astronomical Institute (ASU) in Prague that is responsible for the named sub-units.
