The scope of this procurement is the provision of support to enable the engineering tailoring of new devices into the ESTRACK MC (ESA Tracking Network Monitoring and Control) system and the mission specific operational tailoring of automated procedures for Launch Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) and Routine Phase operations for all missions supported by D/OPS. The support covers, in particular, tailoring, test validation,training, maintenance, first line support, and occasional ground station visits.The tailoring activity encompasses the production of jobs written in a dedicated tailoring language and the associated documentation, for which the Intellectual Property Rights are with the Agency (production of operational software).The activity will implement the tailoring on the twooperational MC systems: the STC2 (Station Computer 2) deployed in Malargüe (Argentina), Cebreros (Spain), New-Norcia (Australia), Redu (Belgium), Kourou (French Guyana) ) and the CSMC (Central Monitoring and Control System deployed in Kiruna, Sweden).
