The ESA Communication Department is facing challenging times in a world where means of communication are rapidly changing. A new strategy has recently been adopted tackling this issue and outlining new ways to proceed and to keep up with new developments.To support the Communication Department with its core activities, the following services are requested:1. Editorial and publishing services to support the Communication Department with writing inspiring and compelling articles and stories on the widest possible range of media, e.g. web, hardcopy, social media, exhibitions, etc.2. Video production and distribution services to support the Communication Department with creating fascinating videos covering all possible fields ESA is dealing with, e.g. Earth Observation, Science,Exploration, etc.3. ESA Web TV production and operation services to support the Communication Department’s new channel bringing content in a more lightweight fashion to its audience.The aforementioned strategy puts focus on reaching out to the widest possibleaudience, being the General Public, with further emphasis on the younger crowd by leveraging the power of visuals combined with clearconcise texts.
