ESA wants to select a Preferred Car Rental Service Provider capable of providing services in line with the international dimension of ESA, with an established track record in this field of activity and with whom a good cooperation could be established, in order to: Provide ESA with a high quality service meeting both local and corporate requirements, Optimise the cost effectiveness of this activity, Introduce best practises and take advantage of market opportunities, Assist and support ESA in fulfilling its duty of care responsibility, ensuring the safety and the security of its staff and collaborators during mission travel; Remain pro-active with a strong proposal capacity for introducing changes and improvements during the life of the contract. The services to be provided include: Short term car rental in line with ESA travel policy, rules and guidelines, Business management : account management services, detailed reporting, service monitoring.
