In the framework of the ESA EO AFRICA Initiative, the primary project aim is to develop and validate innovative EO analysis techniques focused on sustainable agricultural practices and/or drought monitoring matters, utilising: i) the ECOsystem Spaceborne Thermal Radiometer Experiment on Space Station (ECOSTRESS) data, and/or ii) the Hyperspectral Precursor of the Application Mission (PRISMA) mission data. The project also requires the deployment of a demonstrator involving relevant African end-user entities, called Early Adopters.
