The general aim of this work is to advance the technical readiness of the technologies required for the temperature measurement/diagnostics for the LISA mission. The objectives of the activity are:1. To understand and elaborate the requirements for a temperature measurement system to be used for the ground testing and flight operations of LISA.2. To explore the state of the art for temperature measurement and identify based on a structured trade-off suitable technologies to meet the requirements3. To design and manufacture an Elegant Breadboard Model of the Measurement System as well as a Test Bench for performance testing4. To carry out performance testing of the developed Measurement System and exploit the results, in particular defining the necessary steps in order to develop a flight ready system
