The subject of this procurement is the hosting, operations, maintenance and evolution of the Agencys Earth Observations Observation Data Access and Information Services (DAWIS) over the period 2021-2025. In addition, this procurement will contain activities for the creation, editing, publishing, maintenance and general management of contents.DAWIS will consist of the following main service elements:-Delivery of information and data discovery and access services for ESA and Third-Party Earth Observation missions, discovery service for GEOSS, EO Community portal and mini-site services for ESA Member States;-Hosting, operations, maintenance and evolution of the Earth Observation Web Portals infrastructure;-Content publishing and management for all of these portals; technical editorial and graphical service to support the content owners, not to be limited to web articles, but potentially including also images and videos.
