The study addresses the tasks to be performed in the frame of the planned Phase 0 study for the Next Generation of the Copernicus Sentinel-2 mission. Sentinel-2 Next Generation forms part of the Sentinel Optical Imaging family and will guarantee the enhanced continuity of multi spectral imaging data, currently provided by the Multi Spectral Imager (MSI) on-board the current generation Sentinel-2 satellite.
