The AI Roadmapping consultancy shall develop a strategic plan of adopting AI solutions within the Directorate of Operations (OPS) amongst different organisational (sub-)units and (sub-)processes. The strategic plan should be aligned with the overall OPS strategy,aim for a five-year perspective of implementation and must be fully actionable. It should clearly identify AI implementation opportunities, asses their feasibility and potential impact, elaborate on prioritisation, timeline and synergies amongst them, as well as define enablers (if required). In parallel to the strategy development, awareness on the potential advantages of AI should be assessed and promoted, particularly amongst Division, Section and Office Heads during expert interviews that will be conducted. Other activities related to awareness rising may be considered by contractor but should be perceived as optional and indirect to the scope of the offer.
