ECSAT is the European Centre for Satellite Applications and Telecommunications. It is the sole centre of the European Space Agency in the UK, based in the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire. ECSAT Facility Management is looking for a reliable, high quality single service supplier. The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering all hard and soft services as detailed in the tender package documentation. The supplier shall demonstrate successful experiences in delivering excellent FM services in other large organisations. The supplier shall have a customer oriented focus, with an engaged approach to deliver flexible responses to the required Work Packages, taking into account the specific location of ECSAT. The ECSAT building is a BREEAM excellent building, with many smart monitoring systems. The key building systems for the hard services are: Ground Source Heat pumps and associated distribution systems, automated blind system, computerised lighting system, lifts. The Work Packages for the soft services are standard services such as cleaning, mail, heavy gang, audio-visual and is excluding food catering.
