The mission of the Corporate Application Service Provision (CASP) is to empower the ESA workforce with effective, reliable and sustainable services in a timely and supportive manner by equipping and supporting the community with innovative and cost-effective solutions and services. To procure the above services, a sourcing strategy for both infrastructure and applications has been adopted by the IT Information Technology Department. The outsourcing approach applied in this SOW is to select and appoint a single Prime Contractor, for the CASP in charge of the overall service delivery, coherence and quality of Corporate Applications and related Infrastructure, ensuring complete and coherent service processes integrated with all other services outsourced by Information Technology Department.
