The key objectives of this ITT are the following: 1) Operations of an end-to-end LAND production service, guaranteeing the expected mission production acrossthe multiple centres and the availability of data products to the COPERNICUS users with committed performance. This service includes as well: – The operational maintenance of all the elements (hardware and software) necessary to perform the overall production operations regardless of their physical location. – The coordination with EUMETSAT for the Sentinel-3 PDGS Marine Operations – The operations of the Payload Data Management Centre. Considering that the Sentinel-3 mission operations run 7 days a week, 24h a day, the end-to-end production service shall be ensured 24h/7d accordingly. 2) Design, development and integration of PDGS evolutions. 3) LAND Operations of the future Sentinel-3B This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is open exclusively to economic operators which have their registered office in an EU Member State or Iceland or Norway.
