ESOC implements services to operate ESA’s satellites missions, 3rd-party customers and institutional partners . One institutional partners is the EU and the Copernicus/Sentinels Program, led by the European Commission (EC). More information about the Copernicus/Sentinels Program can be found in www.esa.int/Our_Activities/Observing_the_Earth/Copernicus and http://www.copernicus.eu/ The objective of the competitive Frame Contrat “Copernicus Operational Support Service” is to provide support services to ESOC to execute the operations of the Copernicus/Sentinels Satellites. The associated procurement will cover support tasks within various ESOC Domains, as follows: – OE: Operations Engineering (including Real-time operations) support services – DS: Data Systems support services – AD: Astro-dynamics support services This ITT includes Initial Workpackages (WP) to be awarded at the same time as the Frame Contract. The ITT is open to economic entities having their registered office in one of the EU Member States or in Iceland.
