Definition of roadmap to be used by ESA for evolution of the next generation of libraries (EOCFI2G). This task will be implemented by defining a set of functional and software engineering requirements and a corresponding abstract architecture and open licensing concept (based on ESA Community License Permissive to be used for the successive development of the actual EOCFI2G software libraries.
