This procurement follows the BIOMISSION 2015 procurement and allows a continuous flow of biological experiments for the KUBIK facility on board Columbus for the ISS.Similar to the BIOMISSION 2015, this procurement will establish a single contract for the development and support of three experiment. This approach has been proven to be effective in terms of project cost and schedule. This procurement will take into consideration the new streamlined approaches and processes for ESR consultation, PA and Safety, fracture control, documentation, review process. The proposed BioMission 2017 contract includes : ·Experiment H/W for flight and on groundfor three different biological experiments ·Required paraphernalia such as ground support equipment, tools, dedicated tools, forall foreseen experiments·Industrial mission preparation and mission support up to completion of the experiment.In the frame of this procurement, prior to issuing the ITT, the Agency intends to issue an ESR Consultation on the list of open ITTs. The purpose of this consultation is to collect comments and questions from industry concerning the ESR (Experiment Scientific Requirements) Documentsapplicable to this activity. These comments and questions can be answered during the period that the ESR Consultation is open and/or at a Briefing meeting to be organised at the end of the consultation period. After the closure of the consultation, the Agency maydecide to update the ESR(s). In any case, the final requirements applicable will be those published at the time of issuing the ITT.
