The objective of these activities is to perform Independent Software Verification and Validation (ISVV) on the 2 newly developed Space Rider Vehicle On-Board Software running on the AOM (AVUM Orbital Module) and RM (Re-entry Module) on-board computers. Such activities shall be carried out by the future selected Bidder according to an “error potential” metric, and the main purpose of them shall be to verify the robustness of the actual software being flown, by identifying any oversight, errors, faults or vulnerabilities introduced during any steps of the software development cycle. Then, from the outcome of this verification, the selected Bidder shall further propose solutions to improve such a robustness.
