The Electronic Field Book (EFB) is meant to be a space Tablet system for supporting future lunar human surface operations. The objective of this activity is to advance the maturity of the EFB technology to TRL4 by demonstrating the critical functions of a preliminary assembly of a prototype demonstrative HW, derived from COTS components (computational and network interface boards and associated drivers) and of a human-machine interaction enclosure to test the functionalities of the EFB SW suite in combination with demonstrative support instrumentation.
