The Activities DISSEMINATION PLATFORM project (ENTAIL “Project management and dissemination platform”) – is targeting to develop a platform to follow-up the implementation of the projects which have been selected in the OSIP (Open Space Innovation Platform) platform. At the moment, when an idea is selected for implementation in the OSIP platform, there is no existing corporate IT system in ESA allowing stakeholders of the project (Technical Officer, Project manager, General public, Donor,…) to have a digital space whereey can follow the implementation status, share information about this project. Hence, ENTAIL project aims to provide such Digital Environment. Thus, the selected company which will provide implemented these services is required to have a very specific combination of technical development skills for Content Management Systems (Drupal 9, WordPress, PHP), interface with third-parties softwareexperience, modern/responsive Web design skills, digital strategy for media and publishing businesses, Agile project management as implementation method (flexibility), as well as previous experience with international organisations and public sector.
