The subject of the procurement is a Support Service Contract for the provision of specific services in support to the Information Technology Department for a period of three years plus an optional period of two years. More precisely, this service will support theESA IT Department for the Coordination, Supervision and Provision of IT expertise during the whole lifecycle of Corporate Applications, i.e., Requirement Management, Design, Buildtest, Deployment, Operation and Optimisation/evolution. This service responds to ITleaderships objective to organise more customer-focused delivery teams and to complete the IT reorganisation consisting of the merger of the Project section with the Support services section with dedicated portfolio of domain of expertise (HR, Procurement, Finance). Applications Division staff will manage their portfolio services delivered by external partners and complemented by the TMS services.
