The contractor shall be responsible for the set-up and detailed finalisation of the Aircraft Piloting Training (APT) for ESA astronauts and for conducting a first period of APT implementation as a validation phase for further implementation. These activities shall be performed in full compliancy with the Air-Crew Part-FCL (Flight Crew Licencing) regulations established by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
