The purpose of this activity is to identify, characterize and assess the technical and business viability of space-based services and the technical feasibility and economic viability of services for the safe and clean management of water, hydrocarbons and electricity that can benefit from utilizing space-based data.The services proposed by the Bidder in the context of the present activity can leverage on the integration of space-based data together with other datasets, such as aerial imagery (acquired for instance with Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems-RPAS), in-situ data and data from other sources (e.g. statistic, maps).
