The objective is to prepare Slovak entities for efficient future participation in the ESASpace Safety Programme. This activity is intended to explore and identify existing andfuture Slovak infrastructure, assets and capabilities and map them to their applicabilityroadmap.The study technical steps shall:Assess the existing infrastructure and capacity inventory of Slovakia for allareas and cornerstones of Space Safety;Collect Slovakian user requirements on Space Safety and describe the intendedfuture infrastructure and capability in Slovakia for Space Safety, throughorganising a workshop;Map the Slovakian capabilities to existing players in ESA member states toidentify potential synergies, partnerships and collaborations;Critically assess the current capacity versus the user requirements and ESAroadmap under consideration of (potential) collaboration efforts with entities inexisting ESA member states;Draft a costed Space Safety roadmap for Slovakia with the highest potential foramme;Utilise the final presentation to promote Space Safety opportunities in Slovakiatogether with the Agency.This study will provide a preparatory roadmap to ensure a complimentary link withThus, offering to further strengthen theindustrial base required to achieve successful integration into ESA programmes.It is considered highly beneficial to have the preliminary outputs of this study availableas an input to the Slovak Country Report, which will be prepared in 4Q2021. Thus,optimisation of the procurement process and maximise the efficiency of approval chainis requested by the programme.This project will be totally funded by the Slovak Republic contribution to PECS.
