Investigate the use of frontal polymerisation technology for curing of carbon-fibre reinforced composite structures requiring only punctual stimulus without use of traditional ovens or autoclaves. A breadboard demonstrator shall be developed by curing a space grade epoxy-based CFRP structure by thermal or UV stimulus The feasibility shall be demonstratedto enable such curing technology for cyanate ester composite systems A concept study shall be included to assess the technology for free form 3D-printing and its potential for in-orbit manufacturing.Procurement Policy: C(2) = A relevant participation (in terms of quality and quantity) of non-primes (incl.
