Procurement of an ambient pressure thermal cycling facility with the capability to test hardware at high/low temperatures (+300°C/ -240°C). The facility will operate in the ESPL (ESAs Space Power Laboratory, located in ESTEC) under the responsibility of TEC-EPG.This facility will allow that qualification will be achieved for a number of short/long term future programmes requiring thousands of cycles at low temperatures (Telecom based on EOR, Exploration, Science programmes). Presently, without this facility, it is not feasible to achieve qualification on some of these missions for time and cost reasons.
