The European Space Agency (the „Agency” or „ESA”) hereby invites you to submit a tender in the frame of the Open Call for Proposals under the Framework project implementing ESA’s support of space-related activities in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as „Czech Third Party Framework Project”). The present ITT is addressed only to Czech companies (including SME) or academic and research organizations. The subject of this ITT is exclusively for the following activity types:a.Development activities leading to hardware or software products, services or generic technologies with potential for re-use including technology demonstrations, industrial processes as well as related industrial capability building in areas of documentation, quality assurance, product lifecycle management. The start TRL shall be at least 2 and the target TRL should be TRL 7 or below;b.Activities (collectively referred to as Studies) preparing for the future (e.g. feasibility studies, technology assessments, user requirements or market surveys) and/or services to support national competitiveness in space programmes.Note 1:Depending on the nature and/or value (equal or above 2,000,000 EUR) of Type a activities, in case of Contract award the Agency reserves the right to negotiate with the selected tenderer a Standard ESA Contract based on the General Clauses and Conditions (GCC ESA/REG/002, rev. 3) instead of an EXPRO Contract.Note 2:Education and awareness activities shall not be considered in the present call.
