Commercial Launch Service Providers are entering the market of launchers. Like the already existing launcher providers, they will require a network of ground stations for reception of telemetry from their vehicles. In order to put a frame for the provision of TM services, ESA has compiled requirements for such service with the intention to place a frame contract with TM service providers.The planned Frame Contracts with selected European suppliers will determine equal frame conditions and the prices for the services. + thereby targeting the availability of European Commercial Telemetry Services at attractive conditions for Commercial Launch Service Providers, including those to be selected by ESA within the C-STS Programme Element 1.
