The scope of this contract is to provide reliable engineering services for projects including preparation, planning, supervision, acceptance and handover to operationsESOC EFM is responsible for the maintenance, evolution of site and buildings at ESOC. This includes also all kind of technical installations. While the standard operation and maintenance of the facilities and installations are contracted to a Facility Management Service Provider, there are in addition Project related works that are dealing with- Refurbishments of facilities or installations- Change of areas- Implementation of new Systems, Features- New Constructions- New technical Installations – Etc.
